The DRG app
Three steps a day. One streak. Free, and built around the guide on this website.
Three steps, every day
-
Listen
A 15-minute meditation or breathwork track, played in the app. Or do your own and tick it off.
-
Move
A walk, a run or a weights session. Log as many as you do.
-
Reflect
Answer the day's Drill question in at least one sentence.
Do all three before midnight and the day counts.
We've watched the same thing happen again and again. People rarely quit in one big moment. They skip a day, then another, and the skip becomes normal. The streak is there so you see the skip before it settles in.
What's in it
- Your streak. Current and longest, plus a calendar of every day that counted.
- A rest day. One a week. Unused ones carry over, and the carry-over resets each month.
- Private reflections. They're encrypted. Nobody else reads them.
- No passwords. Sign in with an email link or a six-digit code.
- A reminder, if you want one. One a day, at a time you pick.
- No ads, no tracking. Download or delete your data any time in Settings.
Put it on your phone
There's nothing to download from an app store. Add it to your home screen once and it opens like any other app.
iPhone (Safari)
- Open app.dailyrebuildguide.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- Open DRG from your home screen and sign in once more with the code we email you. The iPhone keeps the installed app separate from Safari.
Android (Chrome)
- Open app.dailyrebuildguide.com in Chrome.
- Tap Install when the card appears.
- No card? Tap the ⋮ menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Open DRG from your home screen.
