Terms & Conditions
Last updated 31 October 2026. The rules for using dailyrebuildguide.com and the DRG newsletter, in plain words.
Who you are dealing with
Daily Rebuild Guide (“DRG”, “we”, “us”) is run by John Mitchell, Lisin Glen, Ballyboggan Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 11, D11 CC04, Ireland. Contact: dailyrebuildguide@gmail.com. These terms cover this website, dailyrebuildguide.com, and the DRG newsletter.
The DRG app at app.dailyrebuildguide.com has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use it.
What DRG is
DRG is a free daily habit protocol: the guides and protocol pages on this website, the newsletter, the free DRG app, and what we post on Instagram and Facebook. It gives you structure and a daily routine. It is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or the emergency services where you are.
Check with your doctor before starting a new type of exercise, especially if you have a health condition.
Using this website and the newsletter
- You must be at least 16 to sign up for the newsletter. The DRG app is for people aged 18 and over.
- Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, or send spam through its forms.
- The guides, protocol pages, quizzes and newsletters are general information. They describe an approach that has worked for the people who built it; they can’t promise any particular result for you.
Intellectual property
The text, protocol structure and downloadable guides on this site belong to Daily Rebuild Guide unless we say otherwise. You’re welcome to share links to this site and to share the free starter guide as it is. Copying substantial parts of the content elsewhere without our permission is not allowed.
No warranty, and limits on liability
This site and the protocol are provided “as is”, without any warranty. As far as Irish law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site or the newsletter. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
Links to other services
Some pages link to other services, such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Amazon. Some Amazon links may be affiliate links: if you buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about this website or the newsletter. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it last changed at the top.
